All vendors, home based businesses,
organizations, and Fundraising groups are welcome to participate. I will be
advertising in local newspapers, community channels, posters, and the local radio
Lunch and coffee will be served by the First Lutheran Church Youth. They are
raising money to attend the New Orleans Youth Gathering this summer. The
menu items have not been decided at this time but it will be similar to what we
have done at the Fall and Spring craft shows.
You are most welcome to set up Friday from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. If you need
to make earlier or later arrangements that day, please let me know so I can better
assist you. The doors will be open at 7:00 am on Saturday for vendors. Please
move your vehicle after unloading to allow room for other vendors and
will be responsible for paying the fine if something should happen. The doors
open at 9:00 am for the public. If something should happen that you are running
late or will not be able to make it, please call me. I will have my cell phone.
Please send your registration form back with payment as soon as possible.
Vendors needing electricity will have first chance at wall space. I try to
accommodate everyone's needs the best I can.
I am required by law to provide a list of vendors to the State Tax Commissioner
if exceeding 10 vendors. In the past I listed your name, address and phone # and
they made contact with the vendor. If you have a number please list it on the
registration form. There is no charge for a retail tax permit #. Contact me if you
need assistance with this.
